About the Role

As our HR Manager, you will take the lead in managing the full spectrum of HR functions — from manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management to compliance, training, and policy implementation. You'll play a key role in strengthening organizational processes, aligning workforce goals with business objectives, and supporting operational excellence across all units.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With at least 5 years of proven HR leadership experience, preferably in the food, retail, or service industry
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance systems, and organizational development
  • Excellent in decision-making, communication, and leadership
  • Hardworking, trustworthy, and flexible, with the ability to manage priorities and meet business targets
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and results orientation
