SkyWater is partnering with a rapidly expanding, private-equity-backed services organization to hire an experienced HR Manager who will shape the foundation of HR and elevate the employee experience during an exciting phase of growth.

Following recent institutional investment, the organization is building a new Corporate Office in the Twin Cities to support continued expansion (both organic and through strategic acquisition). This is a pivotal, high-visibility HR leadership role reporting directly to the President.

The HR Manager will own the full HR lifecycle and serve as a trusted partner to the executive team. This leader will build scalable processes, strengthen culture, and help drive organizational effectiveness across a growing, multi-site business. The role spans recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and creating HR reporting and insights for leadership.
