  • Job Title: Human Resource Manager (DMW Compliance & Internal Operations)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Regular Employment
  • Location: Makati City, Philippines (Primary Office-Based Role)
  • Reporting To: Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
  • Target Start Date: Immediate or Negotiable

B. Role Summary

The HRM is the strategic head, responsible for developing and executing internal HR policies that ensure strict compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and DMW regulations. This role is the primary custodian of the company's internal ethical framework and audit readiness.

C. Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Compliance Governance (DMW & DOLE): Develop, implement, and audit all internal HR policies for strict, continuous compliance.
  • Audit Readiness: Act as the lead liaison for internal HR matters during DMW licensing, renewals, and audits.
  • Strategic Policy: Design and lead the company-wide Performance Management System (PMS) and compensation structure for internal staff.
  • Talent Management (Internal): Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and conflict resolution for the local team.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the internal HR operational budget.

D. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, minimum 5 years managerial.
  • Mandatory: In-depth, proven expertise in the Philippine Labor Code and significant exposure to DMW/POEA compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or Business.
