About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chat Support/Email Support/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our valued clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Documenting customer interactions and cases to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
