Position: Chat Support Specialist with SEO & Online Marketing Experience

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite - Pasay

Overview:

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist who can not only deliver excellent customer service through live chat and email but also contribute to our digital growth through SEO and online marketing. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is eager to support customers while optimizing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time customer support via chat and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist users with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account concerns while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and metadata updates.
  • Support online marketing campaigns by helping manage social media channels, creating basic content, and tracking engagement.
  • Monitor customer feedback and online activity to identify opportunities for improved visibility and brand presence.
  • Document recurring issues and provide insights to product and marketing teams for service and content improvements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in chat/email customer support.
  • Background in SEO, digital marketing, or content management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written English communication skills with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast SEO / Rank Math).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across support and marketing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce Service Cloud, Zoho, Zendesk)
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, blogging, or content publishing.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce.
