Position Overview:
We are looking for Chat and Email Support Representatives who provide excellent customer service. You will handle customer inquiries through chat and email, assisting with licensing, account, and product-related concerns while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email.
  • Assist users with licensing, account access, and product navigation concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account or technical issues effectively.
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed.
  • Stay updated on product features, processes, and support guidelines.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all communications.
  • Meet key performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Chat and/or Email Support (required).
  • Strong written English communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in licensing, account management, SaaS, or eCommerce support is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using web-based tools.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay and on a night shift/shifting schedule.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
