Seasonal Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of e-commerce experience, preferably in furniture account handling. Candidates should be familiar with Gorgias, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms, and have prior chat support experience. This is a 3-month seasonal, onsite role based at Double Dragon, Pasay, requiring 6 working days per week and approximately 2 hours of paid overtime daily. Strong communication skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
