Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    up to 30 social media accounts/businesses per day
    across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.
  • Create graphics and visuals in Canva
    for posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Edit videos in Cap Cut
    to produce reels, shorts, and social-ready video content.
  • Repurpose long-form videos into
    short-form reels and clips
    suitable for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Use
    AI tools
    (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Midjourney, etc.) to create captions, ideas, and additional creative assets.
  • Communicate directly with clients via
    WhatsApp, email, and calls
    to share updates, content, and strategy.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular content/engagement reports.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, professional, and tailored to each client's voice and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience
    managing multiple social media accounts.
  • Portfolio
    showcasing graphics, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Canva
    and
    CapCut
    .
  • Familiarity with
    short-form content trends
    and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and spoken English for client communication.
  • Experience using
    AI tools for content creation
    is a strong plus.
  • Must be able to
    handle pressure and volume
    , as the role involves managing multiple clients daily.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of
    social media scheduling tools
    (SocialPilot, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of
    analytics
    and reporting.
  • Creative eye for branding and storytelling.
  • Experience working with agencies or high-volume content teams.
