Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals.
  2. Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  3. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  4. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations, and respond appropriately to engage with our audience.
  5. Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance, trends, and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with other marketing activities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  8. Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget tracking and performance analysis.
  9. Support the Social Media Manager in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

-Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Specialist, or similar role.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

-Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.

-Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.

-Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

-Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

-Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web publishing.

-Experience in social media advertising and campaign management.

-Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations.
