What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms to achieve brand and business objectives
  2. Create compelling, on-brand content including text, images, videos and graphics to post on the company's social media channels
  3. Monitor, respond to and engage with the company's social media audience in a timely and professional manner
  4. Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies
  5. Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns and content creation
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and platform updates

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance
  5. Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer
  6. Creative flair and an eye for design to produce visually appealing content
  7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate cross-functionally
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices
