About Us

IVF Asia Group is a growing organization dedicated to providing innovative fertility solutions and compassionate care. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will not only help grow our social media presence but also grow with us.

This role will serve as the key liaison between our company and our outsourced marketing agency, ensuring strategies and content align with our mission and values. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is persistent in learning new things and eager to build a long-term career in social media and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IVF Asia Group and our external marketing agency.
  • Coordinate and oversee social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Review, approve, and collaborate with the agency on content creation to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare insights for management, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and brand consistency are met.
  • Participate in training sessions with our marketing agency to enhance social media and digital marketing skills.
  • Contribute creative ideas to boost audience engagement and strengthen the company's online presence.
  • Support the founding partners with any ad hoc tasks related to marketing, communications, or company initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and current trends.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks from the founding partners and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.
  • Can start ASAP.
