Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Officer based in Makati. The Social Media Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Content Creation – Create and manage engaging text, image, and video content.
  • Platform Management – Handle profiles across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Community Engagement – Respond to comments/messages and foster audience interaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Monitoring – Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
  • Collaboration – Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging.
  • Digital Marketing Support – Assist in campaigns and content for broader digital efforts.
  • Customer Support – Address inquiries and issues via social channels.
  • Multimedia Content – Produce visuals, videos, and written posts for digital use.

Skills Required

  • Excellent in Canva, Photoshop, Copywriting, Social Media content video editing
  • Experience or background in in social media content production
