
HR Assistant

Provides administrative and operational support in implementing performance management processes, including employee regularization, promotions, and performance monitoring, to ensure timely and efficient execution of performance-related programs.
- Oversee end-to-end performance management processes for new hires and existing employees.
- Coordinate issuance, collection, and validation of performance appraisal forms.
- Facilitate HR coaching sessions, regularization notices, and related salary or HMO endorsements.
- Maintain accurate and organized performance data and documentation.
- Support promotion processes by validating appraisals and preparing required documentation.
- Assist in implementing performance management projects and tracking their progress.
- Perform administrative and logistical tasks to support HR operations and activities.
- Prepare and submit regular performance monitoring reports and updates.
- Contribute to HR department goals by performing additional assigned duties.
- Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
