Job Title: HR Assistant OJT
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Supervisor
Location: Makati
Job Summary
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in all areas of HR.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and processing HR documentation.
- Learn and contribute to various HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department (data entry, filing, scheduling meetings).
- Assist with preparing HR reports, updating tracking systems, and managing HR documents.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules and assisting with candidate communications.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Report daily tasks and progress to the HR Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or related experience is an advantage.
Work Conditions
- Based in Makati.
- Project-based OJT position with potential for future opportunities within the HR department.
