About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and assist in implementing HR processes across recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding procedures and ensure submission of pre-employment requirements.

Employee Relations

  • Help address basic employee concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a harmonious work environment.

Records Management & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Assist with company compliance requirements (DOLE, government mandates, etc.).
  • Prepare contracts, memos, and other HR documents.

Timekeeping & Attendance

  • Monitor attendance reports and leave records.
  • Coordinate with payroll/accounting for timekeeping updates and corrections.

HR Support & Admin Tasks

  • Support HR projects, policy rollouts, and training initiatives.
  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • HR internship experience (preferably industrial/business setting).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic HR knowledge (recruitment, documentation, employee relations) is an advantage.

  • Willing to work on site at Lagro, QC
  • Open for fresh graduates
