Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources functions and help maintain a positive and efficient workplace. This role involves assisting with employee-related matters, documentation, and HR programs that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR programs that encourage a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Help ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR standards.
- Participate in HR activities such as employee engagement, performance monitoring, and feedback coordination.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR-related initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools or systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
