Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Account Manager located in Makati. The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales through these channels, and ensuring partner satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying and recruiting new partners, managing existing partner accounts, developing channel sales strategies, training and supporting partners, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in channel management, partner recruitment and sales strategy development
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, security & networking, and analytics solutions
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
