Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to increase sales coverage.
  • Support channel partners with training, product information, and sales tools.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement channel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
