I Channel Recruitment, Training & Development
Recruitment of Group Sales Managers, Unit Sales Managers, Sales Agents, Brokers and other channels of distribution who will promote and sell the products of ICARE. This also includes tapping the agency network of other allied industries.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist in the development of training modules to equip the agents and other distribution channels to become professional and productive brand ambassadors of ICARE.
Conduct training modules for the leaders and agent level and other distribution channels nationwide.
Conduct post-training evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the training modules that were conducted and recommend possible enhancements.
Conduct follow-up activities to trained agents to ensure conversion from accredited to activated agents. This includes agency visitations, telemarketing follow-up, sales clinic, etc.
Conduct agency meeting, assemblies, forum, etc.
Develop training materials and other selling tools (powerpoint presmat, manual, flyers, etc.).
Prepare Recruitment, Training, Accreditation Reports for data analytics.
Assist the agents and other distribution channels in their transactions with IHC.
II Other Channel Services
Coordinate all requirements and activities related to the conduct of different training modules (schedule, venue, materials, budget and other logistical requirements) both face-to-face and virtual.
Develop selling tools (hard docs and digital) to facilitate the learning of participants during "Product & Sales Orientation" and other training modules. Likewise, develop selling tools to aid the sales channels in their activities (brochures, manuals, kits, presentation materials, etc.).
Organize activities for the company's digitalization (HR Web Portal; Mobile App; Sales & Underwriting Portal; Online transaction, etc.) thru orientation, communication and other information campaign.
Assist in the development of sales channel promotions / incentive programs.
Assist in the preparation and conduct of channel related activities and events such as sales kick-off, agency assembly, sales excellence awards, agents forum, agents sales clinic, etc.
Assist in the coordination of activities for the conduct of sales channel incentive programs and qualifiers (materials, budget, validation, requisition).
Upkeep of the department's training materials and equipment.
Perform other functions that may be assigned when necessary
III Education and Experience
College graduate preferably in marketing, business administration and other related courses.
Preferably with experience or exposure in recruitment, agency development, training and development
Preferably with experience and exposure in the HMO industry
Willing to travel nationwide
IV Knowledge and Skills
Interpersonal skills and able to deal with various types of customers such as agents, brokers, other sales partners and clients.
Good oral and written communication skills
Good platform or presentation skills
Leadership skills
Knowledge of basic MS office (power point, canva, word, excel); computer literate;
Results oriented
