We are looking for a skilled Lead PL/SQL Developer with strong experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and RDBMS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in database development, optimization, and management, and will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality database solutions. Familiarity with modern database technologies and development tools is highly desirable.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle databases, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and scalability.
  • Work with database administrators and developers to ensure data integrity and database performance.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation using Bash/shell scripting.
  • Support integration and deployment processes using tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Control-M.
  • Perform code quality checks using SonarQube/SonarLint and adhere to coding standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on PL/SQL best practices and development methodologies.
  • Assist in database migration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with application teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust database solutions.
  • Prepare documentation for database processes, development standards, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • GitLab
  • Jira
  • SonarQube/SonarLint
  • Control-M
  • Bash/shell scripting
  • SQL Developer (Oracle IDE)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the career level

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
