Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a .NET Developer. (Non-negotiable)
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a development team and managing multiple projects. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong experience in Windows Service Development. (Non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in:
  • C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, VB6, and MSSQL
  • API Development (SOAP & REST)
  • Database design, SQL queries, and performance optimization
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall Methodology; basic to intermediate knowledge of Agile. (Non-negotiable)
  • Skilled in managing and resolving urgent production issues. (Non-negotiable)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills. (Non-negotiable)

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications of varying complexity, ensuring quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to review requirements, provide technical input, and estimate development timelines.
  • Prepare system design and technical documentation for approved solutions.
  • Develop and test programs based on defined specifications and coding standards.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and performance.
  • Investigate and resolve issues identified during SIT and UAT.
  • Research emerging technologies to enhance system performance, security, and reliability.
  • Follow established SDLC standards and best practices.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
