Job Description

A. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing Human Resources Program of the organization, including recruitment and placement, promotion, benefits, training, organizational development and assists in performance evaluation.

Responsible for managing administration matters pertaining to Facilities and it's improvement.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of personnel policies. Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the human resources department.

  2. Authorized to approve procedural manual in administration and HR.

  3. Authorized to approve any circulars or memoranda related to administration and HR.

  4. Responsible for any changes in company policy that would be beneficial to both the company and its employee as a whole.

  5. Supervises activities of employees engaged in compensation, training, employment, benefits administration, employee records, labor relations, safety, affirmative action and employment equity programs, and/or personnel research.

  6. Assists in developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures and progress reports, in order to inform management of current status or work activities.

  7. Participates in conducting new employee orientation, interprets company policy to employees, and enforces safety regulations.

  8. Supervises preparation of company or legislative-required reports from employee records and submits to management. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of service, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.

  9. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems. May supervise clerical workers.

  10. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. May supervise activities in employee relations function.

Job Qualifications

Education : College graduate of either: BS or AB Psychology, Behavioral

Science or other related course

Experience : Must have at least three (3) years experience in various HR

functions, supervisory experience of at least one (1) year

required.

Training : Must have basic training in personnel development;

preferably with orientation in manufacturing industry and familiarity with ISO/FSMS requirements.

Special Skills : Strong computer skills, particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint;

ability to balance multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and work well with others in accomplishing objectives; able to work under pressure; well developed interpersonal skills.
