Role Purpose
The Inside Sales Representative (ISS) for the Medical Retail vertical is responsible for driving sales and account growth for pharmacies and mobility equipment retailers across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on servicing existing accounts, generating orders, upselling products, and ensuring a seamless client experience. By combining inbound support, proactive outbound sales, and disciplined CRM use, the ISS contributes directly to revenue growth and positions the company as a trusted partner for retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Serve as the first point of contact for pharmacies, mobility stores, and retail partners.
- Handle all inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and CRM efficiently.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales and account management, targeting 6–10 quality interactions per day, focusing on replenishment, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Assist customers with product information, ordering processes, and delivery schedules.
- Build long-term relationships with retail partners to drive repeat business and account loyalty.
2. CRM Management & Sales Tracking
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Log all inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Use CRM insights to prioritize accounts, monitor sales performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Generate weekly reports on sales activity, customer engagement, and order trends.
3. Process Compliance & Collaboration
- Follow standard sales processes for inbound and outbound engagement.
- Flag and hand over opportunities for new business to the Field Sales Manager.
- Support account growth initiatives, including merchandising, staff training, and promotional campaigns, in coordination with the Business Success Specialist (BSS).
- Ensure business continuity by coordinating with team members and providing coverage during absences.
Daily Activities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and sales requests from pharmacies and mobility stores.
- Plan and execute outbound calls and emails as scheduled in the CRM calendar.
- Monitor client stock levels and purchasing patterns to suggest timely orders.
- Update CRM after each interaction to maintain accurate account records.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager and BSS on growth opportunities and campaigns.

Performance Metrics
- Outbound Engagement: Minimum 6–10 proactive client interactions per day.
- CRM Compliance: 100% of activities logged with accurate customer details.
- Order Growth: Measurable increase in order frequency and value from pharmacy and mobility accounts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback on responsiveness, product knowledge, and service.
- Collaboration: Effective coordination with FSM and BSS to support account development initiatives.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Manila time)
Work Location:
- Hybrid Setup - Staff is expected to report to the office at least 10 times/month (remaining working days are WFH)
- 18th Floor, Citibank Square, Eastwood City Cyberpark, Quezon City 1110, Metro Manila
- Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
