Sales Representative – Outbound Focus | Remote | Immediate Start

Role Name: Sales Representative

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm

Job Description: Take ownership of the full outbound sales cycle in a role where your efforts directly drive business growth. You'll generate new opportunities through strategic email campaigns, phone outreach, and comprehensive follow-up systems while tracking your performance toward conversion goals. This position offers excellent growth potential as you develop valuable sales skills and build relationships that fuel company expansion across multiple business entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute direct email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct outbound phone calls and cold outreach to prospective customers
  • Develop and manage comprehensive follow-up campaign sequences
  • Track sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate outreach scheduling and prospect relationship management
  • Work systematically toward converting prospects into customers
  • Manage lead nurturing processes from initial contact through conversion
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline progress

Requirements:

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and outbound sales activities
  • Comfortable making phone calls and conducting cold outreach to prospects
  • Strong follow-up skills with persistence and professional communication
  • Ability to track and manage sales activities with attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on conversions and measurable results
  • Professional communication skills for prospect relationship building
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
  • It helps if you're comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
