The Field Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving the company's revenue growth through direct field sales activities, client engagement, and business development initiatives. This position is responsible for introducing and promoting the company's generator sets, parts, and related products to both corporate and individual customers.

The role requires strong customer relations, negotiation, and technical aptitude, as well as the ability to identify new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Field Sales Personnel serves as the company's frontliner in representing the brand and maintaining its strong market presence in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Management: Conduct field visits to promote generator units and services, build long-term client relationships, and secure new business opportunities through direct selling and referrals.
  • Customer Support: Coordinate delivery, installation, and after-sales service with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Market Development: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, gather client feedback, and support marketing initiatives such as trade shows and client presentations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular activity reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • With at least 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in generator, heavy equipment, electrical, or industrial supply industry.
  • Knowledge in power generation systems, electrical installations, or construction-related products is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently to client sites.
  • Preferably residing in or near Quezon City or assigned area of operations.
