About the role

As a Sales Representative (Non-voice) at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through non-voice channels. This is a full-time role based in Bridgetowne, Quezon City Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Process customer orders and handle product-related queries
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
  • Continuously learn about the company's products and services to provide the best possible advice to customers

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Atleast 6 mos. BPO experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call centre or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
