A company in the construction and building industry is looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative. This role is responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to help expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell construction-related products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through networking, site visits, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • College graduate preferred, but open to candidates with strong relevant experience.
