LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, review, and update compensation structures, salary bands, and benefits packages.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement plans, allowances, etc.).
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to maintain competitive pay practices.
  • Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analytics to support management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and tax requirements.
  • Handle employee queries related to compensation, payroll, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
  • Support annual performance reviews, salary adjustments, and incentive programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
