About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive who will play a key role in executing strategic business initiatives aimed at building strong partnerships with academic dental institutions. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to implement marketing campaigns and engagement programs that promote our diagnostic solutions and drive business growth through increased referrals and brand presence in dental schools.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with a marketing mindset and a passion for building institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies targeted at academic dental institutions in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage tactical campaigns to promote diagnostic products and services to dental schools.
- Organize and lead on-campus and virtual engagement activities (e.g., events, workshops, webinars) with dental faculty, students, and administrators.
- Foster institutional partnerships and generate student/faculty referrals to support revenue growth and sales targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Operations, Creatives, and Marketing departments to ensure timely and consistent execution of initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation and scheduling of all marketing and engagement activities.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and proactive problem-solving across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the dentistry industry, marketing execution, entrepreneurial roles, or any other related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and strong team player.
Preferred Traits:
- Passion for the dental or healthcare education space.
- Previous experience working with academic institutions is a plus.
- Resides within or near the Mandaluyong area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
