Job Description

As an Account Executive, you'll support the Developer Sales team by assisting account managers, maintaining client relationships, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams. This role calls for collaboration, organization, and a passion for real estate and digital media.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role supporting a busy sales team
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of media processes and strategies (ideal)
  • Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solutions-focused mindset when tackling challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment (#gsd)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist in training newer members of the team
  • Stay updated on system processes & procedures, sharing updates across the team
  • Attend fortnightly Sales Executive stand-ups across all states to boost team efficiency
  • Coordinate quarterly team-building activities and client events with the Sales Manager
  • Meet weekly with Account Managers to support objectives
  • Assist Account Managers with client conversations in their absence
  • Help maintain smaller client accounts with Account Manager support
  • Act as the secondary point for clients and CXP on customer service inquiries
  • Attend client visits with Account Managers to learn the sales process
  • Support Account Managers with contract preparation, media schedules, and sales collateral
  • Provide regular subscription reporting and end-of-campaign reports
  • Analyze data and support ROI discussions with Account Managers
  • Work with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns meet expectations
  • Weekly reporting on available inventory
  • Highlight additional revenue opportunities when applicable
  • Safeguard brand image and reputation
  • Participate in training for new products as needed
