JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling
products to customers on behalf of a company or organization. Your primary responsibility
will be to provide top-notch customer support and assistance and maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication and collaboration with
various internal teams to deliver outstanding service experiences. Supervise, lead and
motivate Account Executives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
1. SALES ACTIVITIES
1.a. Ensure to meet individual target and be aware of teams' monthly goals
1.b. Monitor monthly performance of all accounts handled
1.c. Maximizing coverage of existing and new accounts in the assigned territory through cold calls, face to face meetings, product presentations and telemarketing
1.d. Ability to negotiate and collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and create growth for both ABC and clients to achieve desired sales results.
1.e. Closely monitor all prospect accounts (hotels and OCS segment) whose contracts will expire within 3 months with competitors and ensure that ABC will have the opportunity to bid
1.f. Set regular meetings especially with key accounts to ensure clients' needs are attended to in a timely manner and for them to avoid searching for another provider
1.g. Develop and sustain long-lasting business relationships with customers
1.h. Must be accountable for the total requirements and concerns of accounts and dealers handled such as service, delivery and on-hold status challenges
1.i. Attend trade shows and customer events
2. LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES
2.a. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and output of the team
2.b. Address customers' concerns and timely escalation of complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
2.c. Recommend to Management potential product improvements and changes to ensure that the Company meets current market needs and demands
2.d. Analyze competitors' products to determine and compare product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success versus ABC products
ACCOUNTING RELATED TASKS:
2.a. Completion of billing process per account for submission and coordination with Accounting Department
2.b. Assist Accounting in weekly collection from key accounts and overdue accounts
2.c. Ensure to reduce accounts receivables and past due accounts
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Back up both Sales & Operations Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in all sales related functions most especially supporting AE and Sales Specialist
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
2.a. Preparation of proposals and bid documentations
2.b. Monitor that hotels, OCS, and dealer's contracts are all signed, updated and notarized. Copies of which must be submitted and received by Accounting via log sheet
2.c. Establish required alignment meetings with departments' concerned based on client's target timelines to have a smooth execution of project and achieve customer satisfaction
2.d. Timely reporting and recording of all sales activities via viber chat and weekly presentation during sales meetings
2.e. Upon implementation of new automation system, encoding and updating of pertinent information per client should be done on a daily/weekly basis
OTHERS:
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines and regulations while working, ensuring a safe working environment
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the area assigned
- Perform other duties that may be assigned at any given time
- Can be relocated on a temporary basis as the need arises
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management and Marketing or Equivalent
- Work Experience: at least 4 years related experience in field work.
- Experience in creating sales strategies. Experience in managing a team of people is preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines / quotas

- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps.
- With a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience to perform the job safely.
- Attention to Detail: Must be keen to details, organized and target driven
- Communication: Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
