This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive with regular F2F client meetings in Metro Manila. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing one client, developing and maintaining client relationship, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of projects, preparing and presenting proposals, and providing strategic recommendations to client. The Account Executive will also handle any client inquiries or issues, monitor project progress, and report on account performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management skills including developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Experience in coordinating with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and preparing and presenting proposals
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to provide strategic recommendations to client
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in project management and monitoring project progress
  • Experience in the advertising and marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related field
