About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can help our Founder & CEO build our sales pipeline, manage outreach, generate qualified leads, and support the founder's personal branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, organized, and comfortable working with professionals locally & globally (US, Canada, Australia, India).

You will be the engine behind our daily outreach and visibility.

Key Responsibilities1. Appointment Setting & Lead Generation (70%)

  • Conduct daily outreach on LinkedIn (DM warm-up, connection requests, follow-ups)
  • Add leads to CRM and label/tag appropriately
  • Handle follow-up sequences with prospects
  • Convert warm leads into booked discovery calls
  • Manage the founder's LinkedIn inbox
  • Track conversations and maintain clean communication logs
  • Re-engage previous leads and workshop attendees
  • Research target industries (outsourcing, leadership development, AI workshops)
  • Build curated lead lists for weekly outreach
  • Monitor webinar sign-ups and follow-ups
  • Ensure pipeline movement across all pillars

2. Personal Branding Support (20%)

  • Assist with posting content on LinkedIn (schedule or publish)
  • Prepare drafts for posts using provided content pillars
  • Source visuals and format posts (using Canva templates)
  • Track post engagement and report weekly highlights
  • Repurpose long-form content into shorter social media posts
  • Maintain the content calendar

3. Admin & Coordination (10%)

  • Manage the founder's weekly activity checklist
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (notes, follow-up dates, tags)
  • Prepare weekly activity reports
  • Send reminders for upcoming webinars and workshops
  • Basic scheduling support
  • Help create client follow-up messages
  • Upload documents, files, recordings into Google Drive

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong written English
  • Experience in appointment setting, lead gen, or virtual assistance
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn prospecting
  • Basic Canva skills
  • Organized and proactive work style
  • Ability to follow scripts and improve them over time
  • Experience using Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (any)
  • Bonus: familiarity with coaching/training/consulting industry
