Administration Manager

Maxima's Administration Manager ensures efficient and cost-effective operations across facilities services, asset management, and procurement. This role requires demonstrated knowledge in process optimization, vendor management, cost control, and supply chain services.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Management and Administration
Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, security, cleaning for all company sites.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong asset life.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Logistics and Asset Management
Optimize deliveries, including planning and scheduling of different kinds of cargo to reduce transportation costs, and ensure the timely and safe delivery.
- Oversee vehicle and asset maintenance, including utilization
Monitor and track shipments to resolve any issues or delays in transit.
Procurement Management
Develop and execute procurement strategies to purchase goods and services necessary for operations, facilities, and logistics at the best possible value.
- Lead the sourcing process, including vendor qualification, canvass, purchase analysis, and contract negotiation.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, including its ISO37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification.
Negotiate and manage contracts logistics providers and freight forwarders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing facilities, logistics, and procurement functions.
- Proven experience in managing a corporate fleet and cargo delivery operations.
