Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Associate located in Quezon City. The Administrative Associate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining records, and providing support to the management team. Additional duties may include overseeing office operations, handling correspondence, ensuring office efficiency, and assisting with any ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous
