Technical Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support IT staff in monitoring and maintaining network systems and servers.
- Log and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Perform routine checks, updates, and backups as instructed by the IT Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security guidelines.
- Provide basic user training and guidance on system use and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under supervision and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer service–oriented with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
