Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support IT staff in monitoring and maintaining network systems and servers.
  • Log and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  • Perform routine checks, updates, and backups as instructed by the IT Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security guidelines.
  • Provide basic user training and guidance on system use and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under supervision and manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer service–oriented with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
