The Technical Support Representative is responsible for handling and resolving client concerns through phone calls. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is open for fresh graduates, as long as the candidate has basic knowledge in troubleshooting and a willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle client concerns and inquiries through phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and basic problem resolution to clients.
  • Log and document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns.
  • Maintain a courteous, patient, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other support team members to achieve service goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates with knowledge in basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, or network).
  • Good oral communication and active listening skills.
  • Pleasing personality and professional attitude.
  • Analytical and able to identify and solve problems efficiently.
  • Can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
