Purpose of Role:

To provide comprehensive technical and IT support for all marketing activities, ensuring smooth operation of live streams, digital campaigns, and other tech-driven marketing initiatives. Responsible for troubleshooting, network and internet maintenance, equipment setup, and resolving technical issues during marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain live stream equipment (cameras, audio, lighting, encoders).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live streams, including internet/Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, software, and hardware problems.
  • Monitor and maintain stable network connections for all marketing events.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software tools used in marketing campaigns.
  • Provide IT support for marketing staff (computers, printers, network devices).
  • Maintain inventory of technical and streaming equipment, ensuring readiness before events.
  • Assist in technical planning for marketing events, ensuring equipment and software requirements are met.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and continuous improvement.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of live streaming platforms (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Zoom, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix network/Wi-Fi/internet issues.
  • Understanding of networking, routers, bandwidth optimization, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with audio/video equipment and lighting setups.
  • Ability to work under pressure during live events.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
