What You'll Do

  • Support member and customer data systems to make sure information is always up to date and accurate.
  • Handle data requests and small fixes on mainframe screens and related tools.
  • Use SQL to check, review, and validate data as needed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot basic application or data issues with the AMS support team.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and AML standards.
  • Document system updates, reports, and recurring issues clearly.
  • Provide day-to-day support for end users and help ensure smooth system operations.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior or development teams when needed.

What You'll Need

  • Associate, Diploma, or Bachelors degree in IT, CS, CompEngr or any related courses.
  • Around 2 years of experience in application support, data management, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of mainframe tools (IMS DC, z/OS, JCL) and SQL is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working with data — accuracy and attention to detail matter most.
  • Familiarity with data privacy or customer information management is helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
