Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Consultant based in the Philippines who is interested in working for us remotely from their home. The primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to clients, resolving technical and system-related challenges, and delivering high-quality customer support. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting issues as well as maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Customer Support expertise with an ability to handle client inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site and remote work effectively
  • Experience in a technical or customer-oriented role and familiarity with relevant tools and systems, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
