Business Development Coordinator

Adarna House is currently in need of two (2) Project-Based Coordinators for the Business Development Group.

The position will report to the head of the BDG-Gov't Team and will provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to all members of the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries and accurately direct them to other members of the organization.
  • Coordinate with the company's messenger and external courier services.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Do field visits to government offices and relevant agencies, as needed
  • Provide paperwork and logistical assistance (e.g. photocopying, collating, filing of documents) in implementing sales activities.

The initial project duration is two (2) months and is potentially renewable. Those who will exhibit exemplary qualities for the duration of the project will be considered for a permanent position.

The job is fully onsite from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
  • A Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter and works with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized and with good time-management skills
  • Works well with a team

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
