Your Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator (Retail/Sales/Logistics), you are responsible for:

  • Monitor and prioritise logistics tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process logistics requests in a timely manner and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team and partners to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Effectively manage complaints and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate any changes or delays to customers proactively.
  • Oversee customer care inquiries, ensuring efficient and timely ticket resolution.
  • Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases as needed.
  • Oversee the returns process by evaluating return requests and facilitating refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Guide customers through warranty claims and replacement order procedures for a seamless experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries over the phone, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Handle live chat inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
  • Update and manage information to keep allocated reports current and relevant.
  • Review and approve online orders as necessary, including during weekends.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support team and business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or call center (Retail/Logistics, CS or Sales)
  • Prior experience with inbound & outbound calls, emails and chat
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Able to work on a rotating roster from 6:30AM to 3:30PM (PH time), weekdays or weekends
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot is preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and furniture experience is a plus
