Your Role

As an Client Communications Coordinator, you are responsible for:

  • Handle booking requests and inquiries through email, SMS, and online platforms. No phone or verbal communication required.
  • Provide clear, prompt, and professional written responses to all client communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and bookings
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery. Candidate Requirements:
