The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Senior Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team in Clark.

This is not your typical customer service role — it's about driving conversions, building customer confidence, and turning inquiries into confirmed sales.

You'll manage the customer journey from the first lead through to quote acceptance, working closely with our Australian Account Managers and Operations team to ensure a seamless handover to project management.

What You'll Do
  • Qualify new leads from major partners (IKEA, Bunnings, TooEzi) and confirm project details.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotes using Xero and approved pricing templates.
  • Engage customers proactively via phone and email to explain quotes, answer questions, and close sales.
  • Maintain detailed communication records in Beehiive and ensure all data is accurate.
  • Complete handovers to the Project Management Team for installation scheduling.
  • Report on KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and conversion growth.
About You

You're a confident communicator with a knack for relationship-building and a results-driven mindset. You love converting opportunities into wins and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience as a CSR (Tier 1 or higher) with sales or conversion responsibilities.
  • Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Proven contact centre experience (inbound & outbound).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple quotes and clients simultaneously.
  • Competency in MS Office, Xero, and CRM systems (Beehiive experience a plus).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and markets.
  • (Bonus) Experience working with Australian clients or field service teams.
