About the role

A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our team in Baguio City Benguet. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support and services in our busy call centre environment. Whether it's responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, or ensuring customer satisfaction, your excellent communication skills and customer-first approach will be key to your success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and addressing their questions, concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to the best of your ability
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
  4. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
