Job description

ASVW PH is seeking a dedicated Client Service Coordinator (Admin Assistant) to manage client-related tasks efficiently and support the operations of our accounting team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality service for our clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor emails for urgent tasks and respond promptly.
  • Process client-related workouts, including ITRs and BAS.
  • Open new jobs, allocate tasks, and set deadlines.
  • Perform weekly ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Manage staff roster and job allocations weekly.
  • Coordinate directly with clients regarding their jobs.
  • Track FYI emails and organize ITR extensions with the ATO.
  • Send reminders to clients for ITR and BAS documents before lodgment.
  • Process ATO Pre-Fills according to the financial year.
  • Maintain XPM & XERO databases.

Experience & Attributes:

  • Male or female with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably with experience in an accounting firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Goal-oriented with 2+ years' experience as a Client Coordinator.
  • Proficient in XERO and XPM.
  • Trainable, resourceful, and highly efficient under pressure.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle additional tasks outside the role when required.
  • Demonstrates behaviors aligned with company values: Driven, Innovative, Accountable & Teamwork-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
