Lead Project Coordinator

Job Description:

· Participate in the team providing underground and overhead supply, telecommunications projects, and engineering consultancy services, ensuring balanced customer outcomes through collaboration with external stakeholders, local councils, and other authorities during the projects' planning, design approval, construction, and close-out/reconciliation phases.

· Manage the initiation of project files and ensure delivery of project administration activities through

· the use of the company's project management system software.

· Answer emails for different projects.

· Perform filing and data entry.

· Create invoices and handle cost variations.

· Demonstrate a personal commitment to health, safety, and the environment while supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.


Additional Responsibilities:

· Act as the main point of contact for the MVP Project Coordinator team, providing guidance and support.

· Assist with performance management, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and individual development plans.

· Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure alignment with company goals and values.

· Mentor and support team members, especially during onboarding and training.

· Monitor workload distribution to ensure timely task completion and address any challenges within the team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications, or any related field.

· Strong project administration experience.

· Knowledge and experience in any document management systems.

· Tech savvy, and ability to learn new programs quickly.

· Demonstrated capability to prioritize and manage assigned tasks and activities to meet required targets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Previous background in project administration / project management is a plus.
