YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Install, service, and maintain the equipment to ensure good and stable production
  • To carry out training for customer
  • To ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance
  • Provide overview update on machine condition and situation after visit and follow up on customer feedback
  • Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

YOU CONVINCE US WITH :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)
  • Able to work independently, critical thinking, proactive in problem solving and creative in providing solutions
  • 100% flexibility to travel abroad at any given time.
  • No issue to attend technical training with bond.
