Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advertising Specialist to lead and execute our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital marketing efforts. This role requires a hands-on strategist and executor who can manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms, driving measurable growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns for consumer brands, balancing both performance marketing and brand building.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and allocate budget across channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Stay on top of emerging platforms, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end process: audience segmentation, creative briefing, A/B testing, targeting, and bid optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure campaign assets are engaging, on-brand, and compliant.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, etc.).
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and scale profitable channels.
  • Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership on campaign impact.

Collaboration

  • Partner with internal marketing, content, and product teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Work with external partners and agencies when needed, ensuring accountability and performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience with consumer/DTC brands.
  • Proven success in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and experience with additional platforms (TikTok, Reddit, etc. a plus).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs, tracking, attribution, and budget management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
