JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is tasked to oversee the overall performance of all digital channels used by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.

  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience.

  3. Create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  5. Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.

  6. Manage & optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Tiktok Ads.

  7. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

  8. Monitor and manage online reputation & brand presence across various online platforms.

  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as graphic designers, and web developers to create and optimize landing pages and digital assets.

  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.

  11. Coordinate with digital suppliers and track all payments.

SKILLS/ TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or similar role.

  3. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO social media

  4. Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimization.

  6. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.

  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different digital platforms.

  8. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative digital marketing strategies.

  10. Knowledge of website analytic tools and SEO best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
